Registration

Registration closing Soon.. The Early Bird price of ₹1,299 is available until th September 2026.

ID cards are collected on 11 September 2026 at the Branch Office between 3 PM – 7 PM.
Membership

Members register, attend planned Garba training sessions and participate in the final two-day celebration subject to eligibility. It includes 30 days of training and 2-night Gala entry.

Non-Member Gala Passes allow participation in the main 2-night celebration only — without training. These are limited in number and primarily available online.

Yes. Couple passes are priced at ₹1,399 per person and groups of 6 or more also qualify for the ₹1,299 per person rate.
Training

Members must complete a minimum of 70% attendance across their scheduled training sessions to be eligible for the main Gala celebration.

All training sessions are held at Tiara Palace By Elegent Greens from 16th September to 15th October 2026. Six daily batch timings are available — morning and evening.

No prior experience is needed. Our expert instructors train participants from beginner level. Anyone can join the Member Experience.
Event & Gala

The KALRAV 2026 Gala takes place at Choice Resort on 17 & 18 October 2026.

The Gala includes live Garba music, DJ performances, food stalls, a beautifully decorated venue and a two-night celebration with the entire KALRAV community.
Payment & Refund

No refund after registration. No transfer or cancellation once registration is confirmed. Please read the full event terms before registering.
